Our Pop-Up Paint Party brings the studio to you, complete with everything you need for an unforgettable gathering. Enjoy your favorite drink, get creative, and laugh with friends while a professional artist guides you step-by-step to complete a beautiful painting.

Details:

Session Time: 2.5 hours

​

Fee: $50 per participant. Minimum of 5 participants, maximum of 20.

​

Painting Size & Materials: Each guest will create an 12-inch acrylic painting on canvas. All materials are included in the fee.

​

Snacks and Drinks: Please bring your own snacks, drinks, and any serving items needed.

​

Table and Seating: You’ll need to provide a table and chairs for your group. We can supply a table for up to 6 participants, but chairs must be provided by the host.

Service Area: Currently serving the Reno and Truckee area. If the location is within 20 miles of Reno and Truckee, no extra fee applies. For locations beyond 20 miles, a $40 travel fee will be added.

Payment & Cancellation Policy:

The workshop rate is $50 per participant with a 5-person minimum ($250 total).
A $100 non-refundable booking fee is required to reserve the date. This fee secures the time, preparation, and materials for the workshop. The remaining balance must be paid before the event.

Cancellations made more than 72 hours in advance are eligible for a refund of any payments made beyond the booking fee. Cancellations within 72 hours of the event are non-refundable.
